Asking to further update the Jury instructions. If they get this one granted then this is ridiculous. The first addendum they won was fine for us as it is true the ring oscillator generates the CPU clock signal by itself. This second request is trying to take it a step further. TPL and PATRIOT didn't even respond to phone calls and emails. Talk about HTC being desperate IMO! There is plenty to argue and more last second motions smells of nerves.
