Thanks for the update. I had checked this morning but it hadn't been filed yet.

It is my understanding that any NoDCA decision (verdict) is binding on the ITC but not the other way around. If so, good planning on Otteson's part to wait until today to file a petition to review at the ITC. The NoDCA trial could be over this week. If HTC products are found to infringe ,then the ITC may have to reverse their finding of non infringement.
