Thanks, BaNoss. We apparently got Moore to testify to a Green Arrays chip and to the importance of the 336 invention while HTC want the testimony stricken from the record. HTC are apparently not adhering to some of the claim constructions and are arguing the ring oscillator always has to run at the maximum possible speed and we want that characterization stricken from the record. Each side are certainly taking liberties.
