I should like to caution all of you about the interpretations and impressions that Nan0Bits has regarding the testimony in the trial taken place in in NDOC. I have no opinion one way or the other as to how it is progressing. I am hopeful that it is in our favor. But we should not, as any lawyer will tell you, form any opinions as to the possible interpretations a jury may arrive at. We can never tell how a small group of people may interpret evidence presented. Let us not forget the "slam dunk, scientific (DNA) evidence" that was presented at the OJ Simpson murder trial.

As Ronran as often stated a trial before a jury may yeild (sorry for the misspelling but it is late here on the East Coast) unexpected results. I do have a great deal of confidence in our legal team. If only that would translate into a wonderful successful conclusion for all of us investors. We shall see. We may not have to wait long, but however long it takes it is nerve wrecking.
