However

If there is even one portion of the video that was edited outside the previewed the court or our counsel such as was mentioned then I believe your word curative should be a serious statement from the bench in front of the jury and then I believe that Otterson should use this instance no matter how small to hammer away at the Willful intent of HTC to do whatever it takes to win and continue stealing from others.

I do not like video's in todays world as they can be made to look like the read thing.... heck Forrest Gump using very old technology (compared to what is out there today) had Forest talking to LBJ, looked real to me .... but it was all fake and HTC is good at fake.
