IMHO,

We should not be concerned about the volume or the SP at this time. Any new investor would be better off to wait until the verdict is in. I think that most of the ones who still have shares have "written them off" as one investor put it. That does not mean that we think that we will lose--simply that we know the value should that happen. At the same time, I would imagine that there are several of us who will buy more shares should we win here. If someone wants to daytrade a stock, I suggest that they find one that is not in a situation like we are here. GL, ads
