IMO, positive sentiment about a legal case is just a hunch, gut feeling or even rumor.

We've all been through all those with PTSC and there isn't any national exposure on this case, yet, or maybe even ever. When was the last time you saw PTSC "headlined" in any financial publication or news feed?
