I need to amend my prev post... If HTC happens to convince a jury their PLLs don't infringe (I 100% believe they do!) then would we have the time to go thru another trial and be fortunate enough to prove someone else's do?

Knowing this oppotunity was wasted.. that is what would be the hardest for me to take..

So.. Let's not waste it right Big Jim!!
