I hear ya. Even if the Judge rules for HTC on their motion, I don't think there is too much damage as the jury has been made aware of the 100+ licenses from companies across many, many industries. It stands to reason there is already circumstantial evidence out there that indicates virtually all modern day microprocessors use the MMP.
