I see that Dr Ozk has testified for us again. Did Submaranian testify for HTC? I didn't think this type of Science was so subjective but two scientists of the highest order came to different conclusions in the ITC. Was Submaranian opining on the MMP infringement or non-infringement only in light of the limiting values placed on it by the Markman construction from the ITC. It would be interesting if he did not testify in this Federal action with a Markman that is less limiting and he is not willing to make the same argument.
