I suspect $6M and 960k applied for the MMP maybe the case. It his is true, we have a better case against Apple (and TPL), since the value of MMP and TPL's other patents is indeed Apple vs Orange. If Apple did this way, Apple's laywers or damage expert will have a tough job to explain why. Have we heard TPL getting 20 Million from a single infringer? We need to open the dark closet to expose all those dirty work.
