Great job, Nan0bits!! Did you get any idea from the questions from the jury about their understanding of the issues? Expert? Clueless? I don't see a way to sue Apple for getting a cheap license, but I would sure like to know if we, the PTSC shareholders, have a case against the PTSC BoD and Leckrone for lack of fiduciary responsibility. If that settlement with Apple was to keep Leckrone afloat and if PTSC had enough money to continue its own operations, then that deal was at great expense to PTSC shareholders. Could it be a smoking gun?
