if this goes all the way to the jury for a decision, HTC believes they have the upper hand

Are you at the trial.. have you sat in all 4 days? How do you have any idea that HTC believes they have the upper hand??

You're entitled to your opinion, hoping that TPL caves and settles with no determination of infringement when we were sued to begin with... Settlements result in NDAs.. being responsible for one's own legal fees.. very likely a floundering or regressing shareprice.. continued nuisance fees..

No thanks..imo it's way past time for all of us to finally know wth we own here.. and the same for the infringers..
