I understand the need to stay positive about the outcome, but I want to know what will likely happen to PTSC should the jury find NO infringement? How long can this company continue on, especially if TPL finds it necessary to sue another infringer? My guess is Otteson won't be around to see another case. How many other attorneys would then be willing to represent TPL and/or Patriot on a contingency basis?

I would also like to know how many commingled deals were done where only a fraction of the revenue was allocated to the MMP. Do you really think that Apple was the only one? How many other times did Dan Leckrone "throw in" the MMP to sweeten a deal for himself and his family members, where PTSC shareholders were damaged by such deals?

The damage that may have been done to PTSC shareholders can be summed up from Patriots first amended complaint filed in Oct. 2011.
