I don't see us getting an injunction on the companies. The policy being promulgated is that it is not good for business world wide. The SEP which IMO we will have to be identified as will kick in the FRAND arguments and the battle will be what is a reasonable rate for damages. In the Samsung case that Obama overturned Samsung was using their SEP to extract non-SEP license agreements from APPL. It wasn't FRAND and they overturned it. IMO
