Pressure must be put on our BOD to release all licenses in a PR. Please dont tell me about the putting the cart in front of the horse because if we lose this I don't see a horse. We should be trading millions in volume but the shareholders and the public have been left in the dark. TPL had no problems announcing the license agreements ...why didn't we?? The language of the confidentialty clause would be more preclusive for alliacense issuing a PR than it was our Company yet we don't and they did. There is an out in the clause based on SEC obligations but we don't.......why??
