Who are you to bad mouth Brian or Ron or as you put it the in-group. Brian and Ron have shared with all of us for longer then you have been around and Brain and Ron have spent more time helping folks on this board with thier opinons then you will ever know or for that matter have done with your time.

Notice, I said their opinions as they give opinions not laws you must follow.... neither of them have ever forced thier opinon or thoughts on any on this board. If Brian is in court and it is not for me to say one way or the other it is his time and effort to go and listen to the trial and if he wants to tell anybody what his opinon of the trial is that is his business. On the other hand if and I say if he is there and he is not saying anything now or ever about what he has seen or heard maybe he does not want to try and speculate on what Ron has honestly said to all of us regarding nobody knows what a jury or judge is thinking until the verdict is in.

You have made your opinon very clear regarding how you wanted a settlement as have I in that I have disagree with you.

But after what you learned about the slight of hand that lecky did probably with consent of our Board regarding the wee amount we got from Apple while he got milloos for TPL in a bundle agreement .... if you did not learn not to trust the man in that instance then you are either him a relative or friend(?) of his or imo I will not say anything more as I do not want to break Agora's rules.

But please if you must knock someone ..... go after me.... do not go after people like Ron, Brian or the rest of the in - group (?) you know so much of as I deserve to be taken down a peg or two they do not.
