Brian, who loves our BOD sooooo very much and a couple of others are at the trial...and they pm Ronran and a few others...and they were probably hoping on getting a head start on bailing from this stock or maybe even buying more depending upon a perceived or a real jury outcome. so, "my information" is a pm from brian.

..Nan0, not being one of the in-group, kind of spoiled their party by posting trial information. It did not really matter to me about getting a heads-up because i have so many shares that i cannot dump them in a hurry if i wanted to, and i have no intent at this moment of buying more shares regardless of the jury outcome. and beyound that, i do not have a lot of trust in Brian's judgement.

pps.....that HTC is going thru trial to get a jury decision is a concern to me....they must think that they have a good case and/or will win on appeal. PTSC, without a GOOD offer from HTC has no choice other than completing the trial and hoping the jury comes thru for all of us. i do not like putting my business decision in someone else's hands!
