received exactly what they really needed for their own self interests.

I could not be more pleased with the entire Agility IP Law team, from trial lawyers to their supporting staff. They're skilled practioners and very nice folks. Obviously, huge thanks go out to Mr Otteson, Mr Carmac and Mr Lansky, but a very special thank you goes out to Mr Marsh.

Dr Oklobdjia ... This man delivered the Infringment finding. It was his testimony that carried the water against no fewer than 3 expert witnesses on Microprocessors and 2 EE witnesses presented by HTC in the case. Not only did his expertise and explainations drive our points home to the Jury, but his unique personableness, wit, candor, exactitude and genuine aire of believeability was a joy to observe.
