We have a cross section of people on this board too--it has taken us a long long time to understand the tech as well as we do. And we have had the benefit of some pretty tech savy people here to educate us along the way. This case is complicated. I can't imagine how they must feel with this one week of info thrown at them in rapid speed. Let them take all of the time that they need. What bothers me is the Fish video.
