I have no idea what the jury will do...

If the Jury did find claim 6 infringes and were confused on the 7,9 issues. Do you think they would throw away 6 to favor HTC, when they are confused?

I would certainly hope not.. Claim 6 can literally infringe even tho the jurors may find 7&9 do not.. that is the way I read it... fwthat'sw..
