If the Jury did find claim 6 infringes and were confused on the 7,9 issues. Do you think they would throw away 6 to favor HTC, when they are confused?

This becomes the question now. I think the Jury easily see's 6 infringes. They are confused on the rest. I dont think they could live with themselves throwing out claim 6 and favoring HTC.
