The $950k imo is for past infringement.... (a joke in my opinion but Ron says it is hard to prove wilful even when we know it is).....

Okay, Question.... is this considered a License to HTC for future phones using this tech? If not do we not sit down with them and negotiate a REAL license with HTC?

If so will one of you please tell Cliff that we will not stand for nuisance or NDA anymore?
