Can the ``rocket docket`` expedition of TPL/J4 rely on or allow the transfer of prior CA court preliminaries from both parties?
I`m curious at the timeline as we start all over again and engage Townsend LLP to settlement. For example the drawn out process that NPT is going through with RIMM`s PAT infringements and appeals etc. puts me in deep hibernation.
