I hope everyone has noticed some very important points made by our birthday boy GeoffParker2343

1. District court ruling is binding to ITC. We are not done there.

2. Every Quaalcom and TI chip infringes.

This is like the 10 Division finally breaking out on Omaha Beach on D-day. Opened a channel for Allied forces to sweep into France and on to final victory. (No offense meant to our German friends. In fact my Mother was born in Weil-em-Rheim.)
