I don't think that's the case as unless they are MATERIALLY different amounts than previous licenses, they have long been considered just normal course of business issues. There's nothing that prohibits them from buying, in that situation, unless I'm mistaken.

What you do remind me of though is that the 10q for last quarter is due on 10/15, I believe, so that may preclude them from purchasing at this time.

If so, then I hope they'll be buyers on 10/15! How's that!

They could still announce a plan (I forget the number off the top of my head 10b-5 plan or something like that) that they will each be periodically bying shares on the open market so that they are then detached from these periods of undisclosed news.

Either way works, IMO.
