It would be a great statement if our BOD have SEC filings tomorrow or the next day that reveal that they purchased a bunch of shares today right after they put out the PR.

Buy buying shares on the open market, they make a strong statement as to what they value the future at, they will still have gotten in a relatively low prices, and they will impact the market positively, thus driving up the pps through the interest in PTSC from other investors, that their move would likely cause, and thus their options they've already received would be worth a lot more when exercised.

That's the proverbial Win-Win. I hope they will consider a strong statement in that direction.
