You seem to be forgetting.... The PTSC directors are appointed because of their outstanding knowledge in relevant areas of corporate management. Gloria and Cliff are both financial experts according to that paradigm, and Carlton brings in the legal wisdom to make it all happen. If there is a viable and legal way to strategically reduce taxes and increase stockholder value they probably already FedExed the paperwork tonight since they have had months to prepare it. Am I missing something?
