Today news is of epic proportions, a real game changer for PTSC!
But now Agility is faced with good problems like:
1. How to swiftly bring separate the “Chaff from the Wheat” meaning quickly discern those companies that are now willing to come forward and buy a license from the stubborn patent thieves that think they can prevail by withholding negotiations.
2. How to assemble legal teams throughout the USA , Europe and Asia to pursue the negotiations and file lawsuits with the ITC and with the governing courts for whatever country we can collect from.
IMHO this Cash Cow is about to be milked like no other cow has been milked before. There are not enough hand to milk the rest of the other cows.
So how can Agility effectively pursue enforcement with such a small legal team?
Could legal interns be hired to do the prelim work concerning signings? Or would it be more beneficial to work with other lawfirms and split some commissions?
