It would be nice if some of them had a clause in there that would kick in if the '336 were to win adjudication so as the license holder would be responsible to pay more royalty retroactively. What company was it during the ARM dealing, that we let off with a secret business agreemnet?? Been so long I can't remember. It would be nice if.....

It is amazing how HTC go off with just under 1m , lawyers probally cost more than that..LOL , (they really won on that account) however we now have adjudication by jury, (we won what we needed more than money...we needed this long time ago. I can't believe it has been so long. Nice to see everybody win in a lawsuit
