In addition the PTSC Board needs to insist that Mr. Leckrone no longer bundle his "stuff", with the mmp. We will stand on our own and TPL can stand on it's own as well as being lucky to get their half of real and significant license fees from our jointly owned patents . In addition no more discounted license deals and that should be non negotiable issue.

IMO, No future licenses can be signed if a non disclosure agreement (nda's) is required. if an infringing company wants one then we will see them in court or they pay up for the right to a license at true market value which will be made public as soon as the ink is dried.

The HTC trial allowed the jury to know more about what we valued the patents at and the amounts we rec'd then shareholders were ever told. The court award IMO was based on the bundling and give aways that Leckrone made with Apple in particular. Our board must insist that he can no longer make deals that allow him to use his BK as a reason to sign low ball deals or to give his "stuff" precedent over the real goods .... our patents.

To make sure PTSC shareholder rights are covered I strongly suggest that the third position in the panel of three reviewers of potential license deals be filled immediately at PDS by a none TPL or PTSC employee. This trio was agreed upon to verify the veracity of new license deals. IMO it is long past time to fill that slot but this HTC win is as good a time to make it right as any other.

I would like to nominate two individuals. Both of these individuals know the history of the patents and joint ownership issues. Without seeking their permission because knowing their modesty they might say no before we all get behind one or the other of them I present my nominees ....BRIAN B. or Ron R. ... I believe that a majority of involved shareholders will back both of these gentlemen. (yes there are other members I would agree on but these two are the top of my list and to I nominated more individuals that would only delay the filling of a slot that has remained open for way to long.
