We've seen this many times after good news. A gap open, gap close in the morning - with initial high volume, dwindling volume, then a pick up in the afternoon, probably tied to West Coast lazy traders. So I predict we close going into a POSITIVE weekend at .24 cents. But really so what if it doesn't! The future is brighter now than it has EVER been for Patriot.

Really would hope that we see another PR by the company today to reinforce the news and perhaps at least an inkling of future plans (hint: dividends). They could clarify what the win means as far as the ITC, the recent settlements, and a reminder that x number of companies are on notice.
