It's only been less then twenty four hours however.....

I think it was Gloria who testified in court that Patriot had 16,000 shareholders and we have folks on this board still saying the Board controls us and there is nothing that can be done..... Baloney

I wrote two post early this am with suggestions.... I came up with suggestions or actually listed suggestions that smarter shareholders came up with. If anybody really wants to see what can be done go back and read those early am post under, Marc.

One poster wrote that the Board will never listen to Brian. First did you read his post that Gloria hugged him and second the Board better listen to him and every other real shareholder. They may think that PTSC is their private piggy bank but those days imo as of yesterday is over. Get to work I say or GET OUT!

Bottom line is this.... GET ON THE PHONE to CLIFF, Email and Snail Mail Him.....remind him of his words on what he would do to promote Patriot is we won.... someone this am said we do not need a multi million dollar tv campaign, someone else said we need a plan. Folks if Cliff lied and does not have a PLAN to put in motion as of yesterday which should never include tv commercials (?) then we need to generate from the thousands of shareholders action to finally remove this overpaid individual. Ask him to divulge the amounts we rec'd from Acer and Amazon NOW and ask if Leckrone made any other deals before the verdict came in...

Nay, do not ask DEMAND and tell him that there are a lot of new and yes old shareholders who feels his job is on the line and this time we will work as a unit to remove him if need be (imo, he should understand that he no longer reports to Leckrone but the decision in court should have given him the freedom to understand he reports as he should of all along to all shareholders).

I noted that we needed to fill the third seat on PDS. Demand and yes I say DEMAND that the seat be filled by someone who is knowledgable & cannot be bought with unwarranted compensation, who is not a fan of how things have been run by Leckorne and Flowers and though I nominate Brian there are others but they should be like Brian and not be apologist.

For those who love Cliff.... never forget what he said about our company....I will not go into that but anybody who has been a shareholder for longer then a year is familiar with a comment he made about ownership in PTSC. A comment that imo should of had us show him the door. If he still feels that way ... the door is opened wider imo and there is a pink envelope we shareholders can provide him if we get together.

So now the work begins..... Press releases on a regular (weekly preferably if not more often) telling the world who is on the "buzzer", for a license or legal action etc ..... there is plenty of good stuff to tell the world and to keep the stock before the investors of the world.....A non Cliff, non Leckrone person (Brian, Ron, Laurie, LL, Kidd, BaN, Ease etc etc) on PDS to oversee what is happening.

A committee of shareholders as I earlier suggested to make sure that Brians corporate restructuring idea is delved into as well as any other viable idea. This in itself will generate investors interest and should not be delayed by any significant time. As long as it is real and not only comes up with a viable solution to what we can do but there is action on that idea or suggestion(s).

Folks the ball is in OUR COURT... rah rah is good but please act together to make sure that ball keeps rolling to the end zone (no holy roller please) and is history is an example shareholders will certainly need to stay involved and in the face and ear (call) and eye (email text)of Cliff Flowers, to make sure the items I have mentioned as well as the better ones that smarter people out there then I can come up with.

IMO ... think positive but more importantly BE PROACTIVE, if you have never done it before it is fun....
