The case is closed... the last Pacers were canned documents stating 'Jury Verdict' and that Defendants won.. but no where was there any mention of who is resposible for attorney fees... of course also no where was there mentioned that each party would be responsible for their own attorney fees either.. so I guess we'll have to rely on Leckerone or Flowers to enlighten us..

I couldn't watch (chose not to) any of the 'feeding' frenzy today... 15M shares churned.. Wow... My hope is that the vast majority of those shares ended up in stronger hands..
