I'm pretty sure many here would say the 'bacon was brought home' very much in spite of Leckerone.. and in fact the disappointing NDoC damages award was a direct result of Leckerone's disproportionate (and infuriating) division of the APL license.

Thank goodness the Moore patent/s were legit and Otteson & Co could prove it in court...
