Thanks for the info. Based on that it appears we wait now for a response from the ITC regarding whether they'll grant our appeal petition to review the ID. This response is due no later than October 21 if the 45 days refers to calendar days which I believe it does.

Don't know what effect the govt. shut down has on this process, but it seems we'll know something within 21 days after the government shut down ends at the latest, I guess.
