Message: The public trial brought to general light some questionable analysis

You beat me to it...Had similar thoughts earlier.

Now...Undoubtedly, Mr. Otteson is basking in the glow of his Victory in the NDoC. Well deserved, especially taking down one of the purported top 5 NY IP Law firms in the country, representing HTC. Am sure Agility/Otteson names, if they weren't before are certainly now, "On the Map". Logically, one may assume a lot more business will be driven Agility's way. I believe Agility is a "Boutique" LAw firm specializing in IP, with a crew of 10-20 people. Tiny. Agility will be in a major hiring mode soon, IMO.

I would assume they will have much more business going forward. They devoted most, if not all, of their in-house staff to the HTC case. Agility has their own plans to grow, which may or may not include PTSC.

Certainly, Agility now has a much deeper understanding of the size and scope of the potential Licensing available worldwide. But they are a limited resource firm. Agility would be required to subcontract out much of the effort for manpower reasons at a minimum. Why would Agility desire to devote nearly 100% of their available resources for ONE client??...IMO, only if PTSC/TPL offers a Sweet deal. I shutter to think what that may entail. Additionally, why would Lecky cede operational control to Agility? He's a demonstrated control freak with serious ethical and moral issues....TBD Virt
