We had written off 1.1 million from the settlement for the Apple License with Lecky.. my guess is he will be making a payment to everyone he owes,, so we should see a small percentage of that.. we also have 54.8 million NOL (tax losses)@ 34.5% tax rate that is 19 million..these where taken off the books when we failed to be profitable….… My guess is this ¼ will be profitable for PTSC there will no taxes on the full amount…. several 1/4 of profits and those will be back on the books...
