People here are completely way off with their idea of how fast our company can reveal a "masterplan" - you all have to understand one fact:

We are still right in the middle of a legal battle:
One is the possibility of an appeal by HTC, the other is our appeal at the ITC.
Hence I'm sure PTSC is still bound to strict legal requirements and not able to communicate NOW as they liked to do.

I'm still very happy and confident with Cliff's statement from the blitz PR on Thursday:

"While there will certainly be additional obstacles to confront and overcome, we look forward to this win as a step towards fulfilling our plans to increase Patriot's value and facilitating opportunities to return consideration to our shareholders"
