the Apple deal was for TPL's 'self interest' and not for the BEST interests of the MMP

TPL needs to be replaced NOW.

Gloria, Carl, Cliff............it's TIME to do what is best for shareholders. You as our

BOD members need to put the Shareholders FIRST and you are NOT doing that.

Is there ANY way that we as shareholders can bring this to the SEC's attention??

Please, someone, post 'who' at the SEC should be contacted. This is more than

over the top negligence on our BOD's part, IMO.

Breach of responsibility to Shareholders!!! TPL doesn't give a Rats Ass about Shareholders.

But our BOD SHOULD and MUST do what is BEST for US.
