I have wondered about this myself. Have been checking their (Alliacense) website since the verdict. Perhaps they are not happy that Cliff got a PR out before them. I remember that Mac Leckrone once told me that their website is not there for the benefit of PTSC shareholders. They choose what events they want to put on their website. If they are not happy with Cliff, perhaps that is why they did not announce.
I say....keep doing it Cliff...step up the announcements even more. I ask all PTSC shareholders to send a note to Cliff telling him that we will support any effort by our BoD to get rid of or minimize TPL's influence.
Otteson can have a team in place to take over licensing. If it makes sense to use Alliacense as a contractor for reverse engineering only, then so be it. I think this can be shopped around too. Patriot needs to take control of PDS and unless the master agreement has changed, Leckrone may not be able to make his capital contributions (except by pumping up his expenses). Patriot may be able to legally gain more than 50% control. Or, Patriot may be able to get rid of TPL by virtue of the bankruptcy...Come on Cliff...get it done.
