I checked the CAFC pacer site. Nothing filed under HTC's name as of yet. Not sure they would appeal a 1 million verdict unless Qualcomm and Texas Instruments want to flip the bill. I know there are other HTC products out there and the timeframe issue also, although at some time you have to cut your loses and I agree with Lambert's 5 phases. One of the first couple is to get HTC to license for all products and in the agreement HTC will not appeal. Hopefully, HTC would pay a premium for the uncertainty if we can get the ITC Commission to entertain a review.
