Agreed. Also, other fees / costs will likely use up anything brought in so I don't expect a profit for PTSC unless there is some upside surprise.

Also, just to be clear, my numbers are only for gross license revenue that PDS receives, NOT what PTSC would net out of that after expenses and the split with TPL.
