I suspect that PDS has been licensing whomever they need to in order to prevent that from happening. I can't see TPL letting that clause kick in, nor do I see our BOD as strong enough to deny any possible licensing, even if heavily discounted, that would provide money to fund the legal fight.

The negative is that Alliacense still is our licensing agent and Alliacense is controlled by Leckrone.

The positive, is that PDS is the actual licensing entity, and Carlton Johnson is supposedly in charge of PDS, though we have a 50/50 relationship with TPL in PDS, and there is no 3rd member on the management committee. Still, CJ, I believe has the ability to deny a license under the current arrangement. I just don't think he would as I think he'd fear Leckrone would then sue.

IMO, the best case outcome is that we reign in TPL and get more control, but I don't think we'll ever get rid of them as a key voice in the licensing efforts.
