Folks,

We scored a late TD which appears to have won the game (NDOC verdict in our favor). However, all scoring plays are automatically reviewed (HTC could appeal) by the officials in the booth (Appeals Court). Game is not final yet but it looks good.

We also need to wait for the government shutdown to end so we can go back to the ITC and possibly have their decision reversed based on NDOC's finding of infringement. Keep in mind that the settlements made with some of those we challenged at the ITC were 2 part settlements, the 2nd part being contingent on the results of the ITC decision. There is a possibility of additional revenue from those settlements.

Finally, lets remember some of our fellow board members who attended the las SHM quoted Gloria and Cliff stating that with a win in NDOC some very interesting things will happen. They must have some plans. Lets give them a chance to succeed which would benefit us all. It it doesn't work out then we can hang em! After years of patent challenges and law suits and whatever other hurdles thrown in our path we finally have a court ruling on infringement. The should be no more barriers and no more excuses.
