Simply an OUTSTANDING post! Visionary actually. I hope our BOD can see the wisdom in it.

I suggest that all agoracom members consider encouraging our BOD to take this action. While some may think it an impossible task, structurally, it's not a difficult change to make. Simple business. The more challenging aspect will come at convincing TPL to, or strategically maneuvering to require TPL to, step aside from that role. That will take leadership, skill and resolve on the part of our BOD, but it can be done.

It's important to remind ourselves, we TOO are 50% owners of the MMP, and we are empowered as such. Let our BOD know you would support them in this endeavor
