after the last SHM, i thanked DL for his work (even with his warts he is/was by far the best businessman in the room). DL is not interested in "holding someone's feet to the fire", he is interested in cash in the bank. i also thanked Cliff and Gloria for their work...and suggested that he did not need to buy one share..and that if he needed money to buy shares, he could do that with a bonus - even with a bonus, he would not be obligated to buy shares...and i suggested that if he did not have a golden parachute that he should visit that subject.
