Message: Biajj, I have a question for you---

someone like Otteson take that seat. Since PDS is now the actual MMP Licensor, he could then also step in and contact prospective Licensees when needed, and directly participate in negotiations. Strategically, he's (hopefully) still our legal hammer, so his direct personal input with a fence sitting potential licensee, as a PDS board member would likely be just the nudge to send them this way. Otteson has also developed his own patent expert contacts, and patent licensing resources, in addition to having an excellent reputation in the legal community regarding the practice of patent law; so those would be tremendous advantages for us where he on the PDS Board.

Sure, he will cost us, (and we should mainly compensate him with PTSC shares, if ethics allow that), but my guess is that MMP licensing and PDS expenses are inefficient, loosely controlled and undervalued. I believe his inclusion to the Board will more than make up for whatever he reasonably costs us.

*Thank you for your vote confidence however :)
