Frankly, I don't have an issue with Cliff AVOIDING answering the question with a TRUTHFUL, "as we're currently in negotiations with several companies, I don't want to answer that question at this time. When he overtly misdirects or intentionally or unintentionally deceives, all he does is diminish his own credibility, as well as the company's as a whole.
