ONE

Patriot Scientific has patents on technology found in most modern day micro processors and has yet to license the majority of infringers. True but, a significant number of the very large infringing companies have already been licensed which supports patent validity = good news, but with little to show for it (all those big guys are no longer potential customers) = bad news.

TWO

Licensing fees can be used to proved dividends to shareholders. Royalites could provide a revenue stream. True, but it also could be used to buy back shares = good, or used to aquire a friend's failing company = only good if you can be there and reach under-the-table.

THREE

The BOD has earned our distrust over and over = bad. Some of us feel at current SP we have nothing to gain by selling and nothing to lose by holding = good.

Perhaps some gamblers take the bait, but I do not believe postings on this board influence serious moneyed investors either way. Serious investors are not concerned with our opinions, and few if any are as dumb as me.
